Meet The Team
ACE Tennis Management and ACE Tennis Academy are owned and operated by Jeff Weaver, who has over 25 years of knowledge and experience in the Atlanta tennis market. ACE operates on company values, providing excellent customer service and exceptional player development while creating a family oriented tennis community.
ACE provides a comprehensive business model and structure which ensures success and execution of all services. The staff has extensive knowledge of managing, programming, facility design, court maintenance, and event planning.
Taylor Buchholz
Director of Tennis
Taylor, a certified USPTA Elite Professional, is the Director of Tennis at Medlock Bridge. Taylor is a graduate of the Methodist University Professional Tennis Management program in Fayetteville, NC and holds a B.S degree in Business Administration. He played NCAA Division III scholarship tennis at Methodist University, playing in the #1 singles slot and setting a school record for Most Singles Wins, Most Doubles Wins, and Most Overall Wins with 109, while earning the NCAA DIII Scholar Athlete designation. His coaching experience includes teaching at Sea Colony Resort, DE, Greenwich Country Club, CT, Trump National Country Club, NY and was the former Head Professional at the Rome Tennis Center @ Berry College. As a high school player, Taylor was named as a two-time “Super Six” All Gwinnett County Team and is in the Hall of Fame at North Gwinnett High School.
Max Mancini
Director of Tennis
Max, a certified USPTA Professional, is the Director of Tennis at Medlock Bridge. Max is a graduate of the Methodist University Professional Tennis Management program in Fayetteville, NC and holds a B.S degree in Business Administration. He played NCAA Division III scholarship tennis at Methodist University, playing in the #4 singles slot while earning the NCAA DIII Scholar Athlete designation. His coaching experience includes teaching at Saddlebrook, FL, Essex Fells, NJ, Canoebrook, NJ and was the former Head Tennis Pro Mar-a-Lago, Tennis Director at Trump National Westchester and Trump National Jupiter. As a high school player, Max won the individual county championships his sophomore, junior, and senior year. In 2010 Max's high school was the New Jersey State Champions.
Jeff Weaver

Jeff Weaver, a USPTA P-1 certified professional, has been developing top national juniors in the Atlanta area since 1992. He brings performance-minded experience to the courts and provides a unique learning environment that will benefit any player with the desire to improve.
Jeff has successfully managed adult and junior programs at public and private tennis facilities for 25 years. Jeff, together with his staff, provides years of tennis experience, successful management strategies and exceptional customer service.
