Medlock Bridge Residents:
We want to reassure you that the health and safety of our residents remain of the utmost importance to us. Based on recommendations from USTA, State & Local Georgia governments, we will open the tennis facilities June 1 in accordance with the following guidelines.
The courts will be open for casual play, team practices, and team matches. The tennis staff will also begin offering private and small group/team instruction (no more than 4 players to a court).
ALL tennis play MUST be reserved and scheduled through ReserveMyCourt.com prior to playing. If you are a resident in good standing, you may request a reservemycourt.com account from ACE.
If you do not have a reservemycourt.com account (note: all residents are allowed to have accounts), you are not authorized to play on our tennis courts. Non-residents are ONLY allowed to play on our courts while accompanied by a resident. If it is determined that a resident reserved a court for non-residents who are unaccompanied, that resident may have his/her account revoked.
If you do not use reservemycourt.com, you are not authorized to play and WILL be asked to leave the courts by staff from ACE, the Tennis Committee, or the Board.
ACE, the Tennis Committee, and the Board retain the right to verify players identity who are on our courts during this time.
Please note that these rules exist due to the fact that the HOA is liable for ENFORCING the mandates set forth by State and Local governments regarding coronavirus.
